Rotational molding
Rotational molding is a modern technology that uses heat and biaxial rotation. During the process, a hollow mold is filled with material (typically polyethylene) in powder form, and then slowly rotated, allowing the material to adhere to the walls of the mold. In addition to polyethylene, polypropylene is also commonly used.
ELKOPLAST is capable of utilizing customers' existing molds or manufacturing custom molds according to their specifications.
For complex shapes, molds are created using CNC machines. To ensure we meet our customers' quality requirements, our quality management system is certified to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.
